  • 工作內容:

02 财务助理总监(大灣區)
要求:
  • 职务:

    • 规范和完善公司的内控制度,优化业务流程,降低财务风险;

    • 组织编制公司财务预算,指导并汇总各部门的财务预算,执行监督及分析;

    • 组织各分公司各部门成本核算,提出成本控制指标和标准,主导成本管理;

    • 制定公司资金运营计划,监督资金管理和预、决算,统筹安排资金使用,保证公司战略发展的资金需求;

    • 负责报税及相关税务对接工作;

     要求:

    • 会计或财务等相关专业大专以上学历

    • 10年以上财务管理工作经验,至少负责全盘财务及管理工作5年以上,中级会计师以上职称,有IT /电子商务/旅行社/报纸杂志 公司财务运作及管理经验优先;

    • 熟悉会计、审计、税务、财务管理等相关法律法规及企业财务制度和流程,熟悉当时税务管理要求,具有账务核算、财务管理、内部控制管理相关工作经验;

03 Advertising and Planning Senior Manager
要求:
  • Responsibilities:

    • Be responsible for developing existing and new sales accounts for media advertising to maximize revenue and meet business target;

    • Providing one-stop service, marketing solutions, online and offline media recommendation to our business partners and customers to achieve their business objectives;

    • Work with media partner to plan, buy, and optimize all types of media advertising;

    We are looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer / Technology Director. The job incumbent will be in charge of all company technology and technological resources. He/she will establish company technology vision, strategies, plans for growth and will supervise system and quality assurance processes.

    The CTO will focus on maintaining and improving all technological issues in the company.

     

    Job Duties:

     

    • Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure      alignment with its business goals;
