要求:
会计或财务等相关专业大专以上学历
10年以上财务管理工作经验,至少负责全盘财务及管理工作5年以上,中级会计师以上职称,有IT /电子商务/旅行社/报纸杂志 公司财务运作及管理经验优先;
熟悉会计、审计、税务、财务管理等相关法律法规及企业财务制度和流程,熟悉当时税务管理要求,具有账务核算、财务管理、内部控制管理相关工作经验;

Responsibilities:

Setup and manage the sales and advertising short- and long-term targets and objectives for news, outdoor advertising and all types of social media platforms;
Establish affiliations with other agencies and vendors in other districts, especially in the Greater Bay Area;
Direct and Lead internal business units such as Editing, Reporting, Creative Art, Media and Production, Public Relations and Event Management teams operations;
Be responsible for the annual operational budget and forecast of sales;
Setup annual OKR for each individual teams;
Provide direction on daily news and media topic, such as News, Entertainment, Travel, Leisure, Economics, Politics channels etc.;
Maintain good relationships with various media agencies, government institutions and provide prompt feedback on media information;

Requirements:
8 years or above experience in operating media business, sales and advertising;
Degree holder in Chinese, social media or communication;
Passionate in News Media;
Ability to complete editing new media content independently;
Have strong adaptability to working in New Media environment;
Have a sound knowledge in social marketing and content marketing, with insights and trend judgment;
Experienced in coaching and leading a team of subordinates;

Create and enforce parameters and policies regarding all publications and their contents, taking quality and originality as the most important aspects;
Prepare and control all Editing systems and overall budgeting in all printing and manpower allocation;

Monitor and execute effective policy on the usage of contractors to keep abreast the quality of all news and edits;
